The Story So Far

I didn't inherit a book of business. I built one, then started teaching people to build their own.

I studied international business at San Jose State University and opened my Farmers® agency in San Jose in 2009, right into the teeth of the financial crisis, when families needed someone to explain what their policies actually did more than they needed another sales pitch. That instinct, education first and sale second, became this agency's whole personality.

It also turned out to be good business. We grew policy by policy into one of the area's most reviewed Farmers offices, and I was named to Presidents Council, the distinction that generally represents the top one percent of Farmers agents and district managers nationwide.

Then Farmers asked me to do it again, at scale. As District Manager of District 80, I now coach more than 40 agency owners across the region on the same fundamentals I used myself: plan the business, hire well, take care of people, and let the numbers follow. The district earned Titanium status, the top performance tier in the Farmers district network, and finished ranked #1. That one belongs to the people in the room, not to me.

I still run my agency the way I always have. Same office, same team, same free 15-minute conversations. The only difference is that now, some of the people who call aren't asking about deductibles. They're asking how to build what we built.

San Jose, born and trained

International business at San Jose State University, then straight into the industry. The Spartan roots never left. Neither did I.

I open my own Farmers agency

A Farmers agency built on plain-English answers during the least plain-English moment in modern finance. Clients stayed. Then they sent their families.

Since 2009
17 yrs

Serving San Jose

Nearly two decades of quotes, claims, renewals, and yearly check-ins for California families, all from the same city she grew up learning business in.

How I work. Four habits that haven't changed since 2009.

1

Education before the sale

You'll understand what you're buying before you buy it. Coverage explained in plain English, trade-offs included, even when the honest answer means a smaller policy.

2

Coverage sized to your life, not the state minimum

Legal minimums get your car registered; they don't protect your savings or your home equity. Every quote starts with what you actually have to protect. See it in practice with a free quote.

3

The yearly check-in

Life changes faster than policies do. New car, kitchen remodel, teen driver, new business: a free yearly conversation keeps your coverage caught up with all of it.

4

Build people, not just policies

The same coaching that grows my clients' coverage grows my agents' careers. If you've ever wanted to run your own business, that conversation is free too.

The Other Side of the Desk

I don't recruit agents. I develop CEOs.

Most of the agency owners in District 80 didn't come from insurance. They came from mortgage, real estate, B2B, and auto sales, with strong people skills and a want for something of their own. My district supplies the rest: sponsored licensing, University of Farmers® training, weekly coaching, and a mapped path from producer to full agency ownership.

You bring the sales DNA. We'll map the path that fits your capital, your timeline, and your life. Every conversation is confidential, and there's no pressure in either direction.
